as though my 8 hours shift is not enough, this stupid asshole customer decided to piss the living daylights out of me, by complaining and being angry about the company's policy which I have no control over, and when I told him, I was the person in charge he still got that guts to blame me for being rude to him, dammit stupid, listen, I did not go for hours of tranings and days of courses just so you can tell me how to handle the 'problem' which actually isnt a huge deal if you would just listen and allow me to settle it, instead you screamed, shout and further irritate me, and so therefore you deserve it dammit. so please people be nice to the person standing behind the counter, they either can be nice or sadly, the exact opposite.
but obviously, theres always a silver lining to it, i received 2 big hugs from my darling handsome swimmer and of course he smells awesome. YUM YUM. and me being me; cheeky, insisted that he shows off he's muscles..my god, im like so miang ok. oh well, just something to make me happy.
anyway, HAPPY BIRTHDAY LIYANN!! I dont have any latest picture of us yann, cos its been a while that weve cam whored. so i hope this will do.
